Policies
Refunds and disputes
Engagements are invoiced in advance per month or per project. If work has not yet begun on an invoiced period, that invoice is refundable in full on request. Once work has begun, fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis for deliverables not yet produced. If you believe you have been billed in error or are unhappy with delivered work, email us and we will resolve it directly — we would always rather fix it than have you file a dispute.
Cancellation
Monthly engagements may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice by email. You are billed for the current period; nothing further is charged. Discovery calls can be cancelled or moved any time by replying to your confirmation.
